Beach Casual Wedding Attire
Answer
For women, a simple sundress, breezy maxi dress, or high-quality romper are all acceptable attire. The ceremony will take place on the beach but the reception will be held at a different outdoor location with concrete floors. You may remove your shoes for the ceremony or wear shoes that are suitable for sand. No beachwear flip flops, please. For men, a nice, short-sleeved button up shirt is permitted as well as nice shorts like Chinos with a belt. Please do not wear, denim, cargo, or swim shorts. No t-shirts, polos, sneakers, or beachwear flip flops (rainbow sandals are acceptable), please.

Transportation
Answer
Unico 2087 is approximately 90 minutes from the Cancun airport and all guests will need to arrange for transportation from the airport to the resort. There are two options for transportation: Resort Transportation The resort only offers private transportation for 7 people maximum at $319 round trip. If you would like to book the private transportation through the resort and would like to split the cost with other people in the wedding party, please contact Kurt or Elise and they will pair you up with a group. **Please note that the resort does not offer a shuttle or any other transportation options.

Additional Transportation Options Cancun Airport Transportation also offers private transportation to and from the Cancun airport at almost half the cost. This service has great reviews and received the Traveler’s Choice Award from Tripadvisor in 2021. They have different price points depending on the number of travelers and vehicle preference. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required to show proof of a negative COVID test before traveling back to the United States. The resort offers onsite COVID testing included in your stay and will schedule your test during check in.
