We’re getting married!

New to LA and in need of rent money, both Kurt and Melanie were hired at a new restaurant concept, “Soul.” Kurt, who is a little older, was hired as a manager and led the training for the newly hired service staff including Melanie. Well, she was enamored immediately... which would have been great if these star crossed lovers didn’t both have significant others. Determined to shove any feelings aside, Melanie sent Kurt an email asking to be friends, and sure enough, the two quickly became best friends. A friendship that grew closer when Kurt serendipitously moved onto the same street as Melanie. Well the stars eventually aligned and Melanie finally got Kurt to see that they were perfect for each other. (Something Kurt knew all along). Some would even say that they are ‘soul’ mates. A few years and a few more restaurants together and Kurt finally proposed. And luckily for him, Mel said “yes!”
