How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on this website! Simply search for the name of someone in your party and select the guests who will be attending. From there, you can respectfully accept or decline the invitation. If you have any questions or run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to help!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVPs by April 20th, 2026. If we do not receive a response by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Your timely RSVP helps us ensure that every guest has a seat and a meal, and we sincerely appreciate your help in honoring this deadline!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an Unplugged Ceremony, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during this time and be fully present with us. Our amazing photographers and videographers who will capture all of the great moments of our ceremony. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! We will provide a link and QR code where you can easily upload and share all your memories with us!

What if I am unable to attend the wedding?

We will truly miss you, but completely understand. If you’re unable to join us, we kindly ask that you select "No" on the RSVP tab at your earliest convenience. We greatly appreciate your response as it helps us plan for our special day.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in semi-formal attire. For men, this could include a dress shirt, or a blazer with dress pants or khakis and dress shoes. For women, options include knee-length, midi, or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or chic pantsuits and skirts with elegant tops. We kindly ask the women to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire. We respectfully ask that jeans not be worn. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding day will begin with an outdoor ceremony, followed by the rest of the evening indoors. Both the cocktail hour and reception will be held in indoor spaces with porch access, so you can step outside for some fresh air if you’d like. Since our wedding will take place in June, please be prepared for the possibility of warm weather during the outdoor ceremony.

Are children welcome?

When you RSVP online, you will be able to see the names of those invited in your party, so you will know if your children are included. If your children are invited, we would be delighted to have them join us! Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m., so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time to get settled. The ceremony will start promptly, so please arrive on time to avoid interruptions. Thank you for your understanding!

Plenty of parking is available in the Country Club lot, conveniently located next to the reception and cocktail hour building. From there, you’ll have an easy and pleasant walk down to the ceremony—making it simple to enjoy every part of our special day!

Will there be restrooms at the Ceremony?

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Country Club grounds. Restrooms are conveniently located in the building next door, where the cocktail hour and reception will be held.

What if I have difficulty walking?

Answer

Country Club staff will be stationed near the parking lot to provide rides down to the ceremony in a golf cart. Please don’t hesitate to ask for their assistance—they are there to help! We want to make sure all of our guests are well taken care of!

Is alcohol permitted at the wedding?

No, this will be an alcohol-free event. We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing or purchasing alcohol. Our celebration is centered on Christ, and we look forward to a joyful and memorable day filled with fun and fellowship without alcohol.
