Question

Where will the ceremony and wedding take place?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have an outdoor ceremony at the Sanctuary at Willow Lake in Look Park. The reception will be indoors at Union Station. The after party will be just downstairs at the Tunnel Bar, so no excuses, see you there.

How to I get to the ceremony location from the park entrance?

Answer

Look Park has a one-way circle loop road of approximately 1.2 miles (noted as Old Trolley Road on Google Maps). At the bottom of the hill from the entry booth the road splits and you will bear right. As you proceed around the loop road you will see Willow Lake on your left. Continue around the lake and you should see the Sanctuary on the left. There is parking all along Old Trolley Road. Is there parking at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for the ceremony at the Sanctuary at Look Park in marked spaces along Old Trolley Road. For the reception, Union Station has an adjacent gated parking lot and the venue will validate parking tickets.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

We have arranged for the Union Station Trolley to shuttle guests from the Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn to the reception at Union Station after the ceremony. We recommend that guests drive themselves to the ceremony at Look Park and then back to the hotel if they would like a shuttle ride to the reception. Please do not drink and drive! Hotels are within walking distance of the reception venue. The area also has access to Uber and Lyft services if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies: Cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen: Suit and tie, or sports coat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out if you have any allergy or dietary restrictions.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to relax and be fully present for our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, so with this in mind, we respectfully ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
