What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal - Think flowy dresses & linen button ups with dress pants!!! We kindly ask you NOT to wear Jeans, Shorts, or T-Shirts. The Ceremony will be on sand, so pick shoes with that in mind! … and please nothing with white! Text Laurel with any questions! Xoxo

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

MAYBE. With limited allowed guests at a destination wedding, unfortunately we cannot provide +1s for all of our guests. If you received an invitation addressed to yourself and "guest" we are already expecting you to bring a guest. If you have received an invite addressed to yourself only, please reach out to Laurel via text and she will assist you in finding a roommate, or learning about your options.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

NO. While we love your little ones, we want to inform you that this is an Adults-Only wedding trip. We kindly request your children stay home, and you travel child free. Feel free to reach out to Laurel with questions.

Can we book our room through other sites such as expedia etc using discount codes?

Answer

NO. To attend the wedding and related events, you MUST book through our room block and booking site posted under "Travel/Resort". If you do not book through our travel agent stated above, you will not be considered part of our "Wedding group" and will not be able to attend wedding associated events.

Can we upgrade our room to one not listed or upgrade to stay on TRS Coral (The adults only portion of the resort)?

YES. If you want to upgrade your room or book your room on the adults only side of the resort, refer to our booking site and Email our travel agent at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com to get rates/availability

Can you upgrade your room at a later date?

Answer

YES. Email our travel agent at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com to get rates/availability on the adults only side of the resort or to modify your reservation.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Answer

YES. There is a minimum requirement of booking 3 nights. On our booking site, the $$$ listed under the room per person is the total for 1 person for 3 nights. We ask you to arrive no earlier than November 5th. If you would like to extend your stay, please reach out to our travel agent for further details.

How many adults can stay in one room?

Answer

There is a minimum occupancy in each room of 1 adult, and maximum of 3 adults.
