Denver or Vail/Eagle
Beaver Creek is located 140 miles from the Denver airport (DEN) and travel time will be approximately 2-3 hours by car. The Epic Mountain Express also offers bus transportation from the Denver airport to Beaver Creek. The Vail/Eagle airport (EGE) is located only 30 minutes from Beaver Creek, but offers very few flights during the summer. Please be aware that travel time back to Denver on Sunday will likely be 3-4 hours due to traffic.

Parking
While the Hyatt will charge for valet parking, there is free parking in the nearby village lots during the summer. Beaver Creek offers a free on-demand shuttle service, which can be utilized by calling (970) 949-1938 or downloading the Village Connect app. If you're staying in the village, you will not need a car for any of the wedding activities.
