What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony by 12:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it is black tie optional! Tuxedos and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses!

What COVID precautions will you be taking?

Answer

We will be following the most up-to-date CDC recommendations. All unvaccinated guests are recommended to wear face coverings. Ample hand sanitizer will be available throughout both the ceremony and reception locations.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at the church. The reception will be indoors, but has a large outdoor patio for mingling.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the ceremony site and complimentary valet at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles transporting guests between the Hilton and the Estate at Farrington Lake.

What if I already booked a hotel room for the old date?

Answer

Please call the hotel and cancel your reservation. You should not be charged. Simply rebook a room under the new block.
