Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

As much as we'd love to be able to include everyone, our venue is already at capacity for seating with the current guest list. We sadly will not be able to accommodate any additional guests who are not explicitly invited. If someone in your party will not be able to make it, please let us know.

Question

Will the celebration be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be indoor and cocktail hour will be outdoor. Due to the limited capacity of our venue, seating for the reception will be both indoor and in a connected patio area outdoor.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that our guests wear cocktail/formal attire for our event. Weather in Chicago is fairly temperate in September (usually around the 70s), so recommend considering the weather given the indoor/outdoor nature of the celebration.

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the venue. We recommend taking rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft to the venue or hailing a taxi. Taxis are somewhat difficult to hail in Chicago, although it is slightly easier from the location of the hotel block. We recommend download Curb (a taxi hailing app) for anyone who decides to take a taxi. The restaurant does not have a parking lot. There is metered parking around venue on Chicago Ave if you choose to drive. We highly recommend paying via the ParkChicago app, as the physical kiosk only allows you to pay for two hours at a time. Paying via the app will allow you to extend your parking session without having to go back outside to feed the meter. While there is free parking around the side streets of the venue, please be very vigilant of street signs. A majority of the parking in the area is permitted meaning that you are not allowed to park there unless you are a local resident with a permit sticker for that specific zone. Parking in a permitted spot could result in parking tickets.

Question

What type of food/drinks will be served during the celebration?

Answer

The food served throughout the celebration will be Asian/European fusion. Dinner will be served family style, so please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies and we will do our best to accommodate. There will be both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available. We will only have wine service available during dinner, but otherwise an open bar will be available both before and after dinner service.
