Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan your arrival for 4:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, the shuttle will arrive to the hotel at 4 and depart at 4:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue. The lot is gravel, so please plan accordingly for appropriate footwear.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden or cocktail attire are recommended! Our theme will feature bold and bright sunset colors. Our ceremony will be on grass, so please plan accordingly and wear appropriate footwear. While our wedding will be at the end of the summer, our hilltop wedding venue may become breezy as the night progresses. As a general rule, please do not wear white or very light colors that may be mistaken for white (such as ivory or cream) ☺️

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved (please see the Travel page for more info) and will have a shuttle to and from the hotel to the wedding venue. The shuttle will arrive to the hotel at 4pm and depart for the wedding venue at 4:15pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone on our special day, due to budget and space limitations we cannot afford for all guests to bring a guest of their own. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the back of your invitation RSVP card. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there anything else I should know about the venue?

Answer

While our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, the reception tent is connected to a historic building. Please be mindful of the grounds and limit smoking to the parking area. Our venue does card anyone ordering alcohol who appears under 30, so please have your license or passport available! Additionally due to local town ordinance, a plainclothes officer will be on-site for the duration of the wedding.
