We’re getting married!

We got know each other through our Cardiovascular Physiology class in the spring semester of 2016 at UMass Lowell, when Nick sat next to Katherine on the first day and complimented her laptop (Nick is very romantic like that!). We found that we both shared interests in working out, hiking and walks in the woods, our love for our pets, and eating great food. After a few months of talking, walking, study dates, and gym dates, we officially began dating in June of 2016 and moved into an apartment together in 2018. During those years, Katherine further explored her love for powerlifting and cooking while Nick began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. Our support and love for one another continues to grow as we find additional hobbies like dragon-boat racing to share together! After purchasing our first home together in 2021, we moved Katherine’s senior family cat, Momo, over. In January of 2022, we added Mable, another sweet tuxedo kitten, to our family. In May of 2022, Tiffany (Mai), Katherine’s oldest sister, contacted Nick after seeing the perfect diamond for a custom-made engagement ring. We’d been revitalizing the garden and yard, fixing up the house into a proper home, and continuing to build our lives together. Now with the home and ring down, he just needed the perfect date… In June of 2022, just before our 6th anniversary dinner, he proposed while we walked around a vineyard at sunset. We’re so excited to start this next chapter of our lives, starting with you all by our sides at our wedding in August of 2024!
