Can I just tell you I am coming to your event?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP ASAP, so we can reserve your seat(s). It would be so helpful if you can mail your card back OR RSVP on this website. Friendly reminder - don’t forget to let us know. The last day to RSVP is AUGUST 10!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal, Formal, Black tie optional. The average temperature will be a high of 84 degrees and a low of 54 degrees at night. Bring a light sweater or jacket for the evening reception. Don’t worry about matching with the color scheme and wear your Sunday best. It’s a formal event, so just wear whatever you own that you’d wear to a fancier party! Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of Birks or comfy shoes for the reception. We will dance the night away!

Can I take photos and video?

Answer

Only during the pre-reception party and reception. We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you refrain from taking and posting pictures on social media until the party. Then, use our hashtag: #KristinasOneTroyLove

Can I bring a guest or two…or five?

Answer

As much as we believe in “the more, the merrier”, we would like to keep our guests to just invited close friends and family of the bride and groom. There is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate for everyone. Thanks for your understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We will only have a handful of kids in attendance. If your invitation includes “and family,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you and your guest.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at Villa Academy and signs that will direct you to the parking area. Guests can be dropped off at the chapel entrance. For the reception venue, there will be parking spots available.

What happens in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will have a gap in between our ceremony and reception. Some of you may want to take a nap and charge up for the party; and some of you may want to enjoy a leisurely boat ride on Lake Union. If you’re interested, please read more information under "Seattle To Do's" and visit their website. Make sure to head back and be at "Dockside at Duke's" at 4PM.

What is the Pre-funk or pre-reception party?

Answer

The pre-funk is often known as an informal gathering before the event. This will be our official welcoming before the big party, so we highly encourage you to join us! And of course, libations will be served. Since many of you will be flying in, this will be an opportunity to relax, take in the views, and enjoy everyone's company. There will be music and plenty of chances to take pictures! You might even see the Space Needle in the background ;)

We will have an open bar with a variety of beer and wine available

Will there be gluten free or vegan options? What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Yes, our menu will provide gluten free and/or vegan selections. If you have food allergies, please notify us at: kt090119@gmail.com to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Where are you registered at?

Answer

While the presence of your company is the only gift we could ever ask for, monetary gifts are greatly appreciated. Also, an alternative registry has been set up here for those who have expressed an interest in offering a gift to mark the occasion.

Will there be any special surprises?

Answer

If we told you everything, our wedding would be so boring and it wouldn't be a surprise anymore! It'll be fun! We can't wait to see you!

Last question...so does that mean there will be dancing?

Is Arya Stark a bad ass warrior? Did Iron Man save the universe? Of course, we will have dancing! And if you RSVP online, you can request your favorite song(s) for the reception! Get those Abba song requests in! See you in Seattle!
