ROAM Outdoor Adventure Co
Roam outdoors is a tour company located at Cave Lakes Canyon. We will be utilizing them on 10/31/26 for a fun group UTV trip to Peek-a-boo slot canyon right after the ceremony. However, they have all sorts of fun tours including horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, canyoneering, rappelling, and more!
Zion National Park
Zion National Park is a place Jake and I both fell in love with before we met. It was one of the first things we bonded over, and for years we talked about visiting together "someday." Ten years later we decided it was finally time- so what better reason than our wedding? We are excited to share the beauty of Zion with all our favorite people. Everyone should hike the Narrows at least once in their life... and Angels Landing if you're brave enough!
Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument
Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument is only a 15 minute drive from Cave Lakes Canyon and has been on my bucket list since I last left Utah! Towering cliffs, winding slot canyons, hidden waterfalls, and miles of untouched desert magic!
Buckskin Gulch
Buckskin is the definition of EPIC and every Kanab local's recommendation. It is one of the longest and deepest slot canyons in the world! Sandstone carved by time into smooth waves that seem to go on forever.
Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
Aside from Buckskin Gulch, one of the top must-see spots in Kanab—loved by all the locals—is the incredible Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, conveniently located right next to Cave Lakes Canyon. It’s not just a no-kill shelter; it’s a stunning canyon sanctuary with peaceful trails where you can hike alongside a furry friend or simply wander and soak in the beauty. It’s the perfect heart-warming adventure to add to your trip!
Bryce Canyon National Park
Bryce Canyon National Park, known for its iconic hoodoo's is a sight that seems otherworldly. Sunrise at Bryce lights up in layers of gold and the whole canyon looks like it's on fire!
The Wave
The Wave is a bucket list destination for many outdoor enthusiasts. The wave itself looks like someone painted the desert with swirling stripes of red, gold, and orange- perfectly frozen into motion. If you are lucky enough to snag a permit, it's an experience people dream about for years!!!
