The doors will open for guests 30 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning. Guests can enter the event hall, sign the registry, and take pictures starting at 3:30 p.m.
Formal or Black Tie Optional. As the wording here suggests, this dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie wedding. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred. However, a formal dark suit, a white shirt, and a conservative tie are acceptable if you opt for a suit. For women, the outfit choices remain the same: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.
All wedding festivities will be at the same location and indoors.
As this is a later wedding and reception, we kindly request that our guests do not bring their children.
Immediately after the ceremony, guests will be permitted to enter the reception hall for a cocktail hour. There will be a pre-paid cash bar and hors d’oeuvres for the cocktail hour. The Bride and Groom have chosen to have a buffet-style dinner that will include a carving station, a second protein, a vegetarian pasta, a side vegetable, and a side potato.
