The dress code is black-tie optional/formal. Think dress suit and tie (or a tuxedo if you’re a boss), and long evening dresses or jumpsuits. We’ll be all dressed up, so come be fancy with us on the dance floor!
We will start promptly on time so we can maximize our celebrations. Please plan to arrive 20-25 minutes before the ceremony to grab a good seat.
We are grateful to be able to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends, and want to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. We ask everyone to test prior to attending the wedding festivities and stay home if you’re not feeling well.
The ceremony and reception will both take place at the same venue in Midtown, which is centrally located. For guests staying in the area, it will be a quick Uber/Lyft/taxi ride. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signs directing you down the stairs (or ramp) to our ceremony.
Although we recommend you take an Uber/Lyft/taxi so that you can fully and safely partake in the festivities, there is limited parking onsite for a small fee. Please leave a few extra minutes for parking, paying, and walking over to the venue.
Our wedding is limited to those who were named on your invitation. Although we wish we could invite everyone we love, our venue has limited capacity. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Although we love your children, our wedding will be adults only (21+). We know obtaining childcare can sometimes be difficult, and we appreciate you making arrangements so you can party with us.
Springtime in Atlanta is beautiful and varied. We have a solid rain plan, so don’t worry. Check the weather before you head to the venue to see if you’ll need an umbrella for the trip over.
Whether a hotel or AirBnB, we recommend you stay in Midtown Atlanta, which is the center of the city and where the wedding will be. We have a small room block reserved at the Renaissance Hotel Midtown (check our Travel page for details), and there are many other hotels in the area.
Although we will obviously see you on the big day, we invite you to come to Atlanta earlier in the week and hang with us as we do some of our favorite things. We are performing alongside our favorite DC improvisers on Thursday night, and there is a welcome party on Friday night. There will also be an onsite after party following the reception on Saturday. Please see the schedule tab for more information.
We will miss you! But please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan ahead and mourn your absence.
