FAQs

Question

Who can attend the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We apologize in advance. Our seating capacity is very limited. You will only be permitted based on the RSVP # of seats you have received in your invitation. If you have children, they will also be included in the RSVP.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than August 23, 2024. If you did not respond “Attending” we will have to mark you as “Not Attending” due to our vendors needing a firm headcount. We thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our event will be outdoors. Some styles such as high heels are not recommended due to the ranch style setting.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to include everyone. However, the venue does have a strict capacity. We have accounted for everyone that is on your RSVP. If your kiddo is on the RSVP, than of course! :) Please note, our venue is near water and children will need to be closely monitored.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests will be guided to parking area by parking ushers.

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

We will not be providing alcohol due to liability at our venue, although this doesn't mean it has to be a dry wedding! You are welcome to bring your own alcohol beverages. :)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 p.m. This will allow you time to park, get to the ceremony location, grab a seat, and say hello to friends and family before we walk down the aisle and say I do! The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Celebrating our special day with you is the greatest gift and your love and support mean the world to us. A contribution is not needed or expected. If you’re considering a gift, we would be honored if you would contribute to our honeymoon fund as we are in the process of planning our honeymoon to Hawaii. With love and appreciation, Erik & Krystal
