Grab a beer (or a half-bottle mimosa) and walk around the Dallas Farmer's Market! Ths is one of Charlie's bars and has an amazing beer selection.
If you make your way to Deep Ellum, check out Charlie's other bar, The Wounded Ostrich! It's a great place to grab a drink, play some pool, and listen to great country music (make sure to bring quarters for the jukebox). Krystal recommends ordering the 'Honey I'm Home,' and Charlie recommends grabbing a 'Family Tradition.'
Bishop Arts District is a great place to walk around to shop, eat, and drink!
If you're looking to get outside, we recommend playing disc gold at Founders Park! It's also a great park for a walk (mostly shaded) and is next to Lake Cliff Park which is a great place for a picnic.
Our favorite place to go bowling with friends! They have a huge bar and great food (but we recommend getting there early to avoid waiting).
If you're looking to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, we are big fans of the Arboretum! Just make sure to check the weather before going.
