No, please be prepared to utilize the valet service. It will be a discounted daily/event rate of $10 per vehicle. You can pay with cash or card, but any tipping must be payed in cash.

Please call Hotel Haya to see about early check-in. Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

Yes! Head to the front desk and they will be happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out at no charge.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is elevated cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim.

What is considered elevated cocktail attire?
Answer
Somewhere between semi-formal and black-tie. An evening gown or tuxedo is not necessary.

Can I bring a guest or +1 not listed on the invitation?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We hope you understand!

Will the ceremony and/or reception be outside?
Answer
Not in this Florida heat! Everything will be inside the hotel. You will only have to walk a few steps outside (it's covered, in case it's raining) after the ceremony, to get to the other side of the hotel for cocktail hour. This is to avoid walking through the ballroom while they are putting the finishing touches on the reception space.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Beer, wine, liquor, and non alcoholic beverages are on Mike Koleff ;) Please be sure to tip your bartenders!
