He's Madison's newest (Ph)Doctor having graduated in March 2023. His passions are mushroom hunting (mostly unsuccessfully, so most of you probably just call it hiking), sports you play in bars (think: pool, ping pong, darts, etc. - he will destroy you at all of them), disc golf, and volleyball.
Katie Krull

Katie is an extrovert working from home as a graphic designer, she is lucky enough to have an associate (their cat Lunar) that barely tolerates her when Grant is at work. Her passions include Wisconsin beers and cheeses, cat videos, SPORTS, and dressing up like famous men from the 80s for Halloween.
Zach Bargman
Best Man
Zach is Grant's oldest and best friend. From running XC together in Smithville to rooming together at Mizzou for six years, this was the original love story before Katie came along. Zach introduced Grant to all his favorite hobbies like fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, golf, and disc golf.
Kelly Trimble
Maid of Honor
Kelly and Katie have been an unstoppable force since Katie was born in 1994. Well, maybe just for their parents at that point. Kelly is Katie's older sister and mom to Riley (the cutest flower girl in the world, sorry it's no contest) and Connor (Ring bearer? I dunno he's like 4 months old). Buy her a drink she's got 2 kids under 2.5! :)
Lawrence Lechuga

Dr. Lawrence Lechuga, a California native, and Dr. Grant Roberts suffered through the Medical Physics program at UW-Madison together. They instantly bonded over beer, science, and volleyball and Grant showed Lawrence the ropes about "How to be midwestern". Lawrence is 1/4 of the midwest beer snobs, a truly half baked attempt at becoming influencers in 2020. He is also engaged to one of our bridemaids, Char Ruiz!! :)
Char Ruiz

Dr. Charina Ruiz made her way to us when she started dating Lawrence in early 2018. Little did she know, when Katie moved to Madison in July 2018 that she was also getting a new bestie. Char and Katie immediately bonded over our boyfriends' bromance, volleyball, and das boot. Char and Lawrence have moved to the Bay Area in California within the last year, but Katie and Grant are working tirelessly to get them back in Wisconsin.
Luis Torres

Whether he is videotaping your proposal, helping you move at the last minute, or brushing your cats teeth -- Luis is a million dollar friend and a jack-of-all-trades. Luis and Grant met in grad school at the University of Wisconsin in the medical physics program and over the years they've grown to be thick as thieves. Katie and Luis are sure to be business partners in the coming years bringing you billion dollar ideas like "Snake Desk." Watch out, after a few drinks, he may just start a business plan with you!
Hannah Frentzel

Hannah and Katie were random roommates at Truman State University. Hannah was skeptical about Katie solely based on her twitter handle "CrayCrayKayTay5" and proceeded to call her CrayCray for months until move-in day when she in fact found out Katie absolutely is cray cray. It all worked out and they lived together for 4 years <3
Zach Kesner

Some of you may know him as The Prophet Dr. Smash, others may know him as the one and only Zach Kesner. Grant and Zach become friends in the Discovery Residence Hall at Mizzou. They have maintained their friendship through debauchery and shenanigans that are better told with a beer in your hand :)
Tori Owens

Tori and Katie attended Truman State University together and were both in the graphic design program there. But their friendship truly blossomed when they studied abroad in China together. They both love traveling, soccer, art, and saying yes to any adventure that comes in their way. Tori and her two kitty cats live in Hawaii and they alway let Katie sofa surf during cold Wisconsin winters <3
Phil Corrado

Dr. Phil Corrado and Dr. Grant Roberts attended UW-Madison and were in Oliver Wieben's lab together. They quickly hit it off through their love of sports, playing volleyball at the Come Back In, and rooming together in the tiniest hotel room in Paris at ISMRM. Phil and his fiancé, Maddie, have moved to North Carolina but we are desperately trying to get them back to Wisconsin!

It's Maddie from Madison! She is one of the most welcoming, kind, and funny people at this wedding, you may just gain a friend for life. Maddie made Katie feel so at home when she moved to Wisconsin, it truly felt like she'd known her forever. Whether, we are out on the town, talking and swapping books, or playing volleyball, we always have a blast! She is engaged to groomsman Phil Corrado, and living in North Carolina going to school at Wake Forest to become a PA, we're so proud of her (:
