We recommend flying into Punta Cana International Airport. We highly suggest flying in no later than Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities! Thursday May 15, there will be a welcome party at the resort after the bridal party's rehearsal dinner. Flights are now open!

Arrangements

We have made it super easy for everyone to book their travel to Punta Cana! We are working with Mario from Destination Weddings Expert (DWE)! (Check out our FAQ page for more info). Please follow the link below by selecting “VIEW” to be taken to our Appy Couple Website and visit the “Book My Trip!” section to reserve your room! When you book through DWE, transportation to and from the resort/airport will be included in your package. Your ride will be waiting for you right outside! If you wish to book a room not listed under our room block, select any room while filling out the reservation form, and include a note of the category room you would like to book. Mario and his team will work on adding your requested room to the room block! Insurance can be purchased for about 2 weeks after your initial deposit (If this is something you're interested in). Please have a conversation with Mario if you have questions. After you have made your initial deposit, please head over to the RSVP section to let us know that you have reserved your stay!

Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino

A 5-star luxury property refurbished in 2019 and located near Bavaro Beach. All Inclusive resort, 27 holes of golf, a spa, with a white sand beach, and sun loungers; this property is the perfect place to soak up some sun! Passport Information

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight, and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, do so now! Processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you want to attend the wedding, please do this ASAP! If you have a current passport, please check your expiration date. It must be valid for 6 months after your return date.

Please access the link below to complete the required e-ticket for entering and leaving the Dominican Republic. Don't panic if you didn't complete early! This be completed right before you get to the airport desk!
