It all started back on the 13th of November in 2024, we connected and locked in a relationship shortly after our first date. Our first date was on a Wednesday at Derby Tavern in Hudsonville (great place to eat if you've never been). Here's the kicker, when he gave me his phone number - I already had it.
Turns out, we'd talked 8-10 years earlier on a different dating app, exchanged numbers back in our college days, and somehow life just wasn't ready for us yet. As we kept uncovering the layers, we realized our lives had been quietly intertwined for years -- mutual friends, intertwined circles, and even the same trip to a tiny island outside of southern MI back in 2021.
We had crossed paths multiple times without realizing it, again and again, until the timing finally aligned. Star-crossed? Absolutely. Meant-to-be? Definitely. And now... forever has never looked so good!
