How do I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVPs will be managed on this website. The ability to RSVP will added once invitations are sent out. The RSVP deadline is 9/16/2026.

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

Your wedding invite and RSVP page on this website will include all guests on your invitation.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

As general guidance, children's attendance is by invite only depending on extenuating circumstances such as travel or participation in wedding festivities. Your RSVP will include children if applicable.

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held at Saint Clements Marina. Both the Ceremony site and Reception area are within short, accessible walking distance and there is a parking lot that serves both locations for all guests.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There are multiple venue sites on the Saint Clements property, but our Marina location can be found by taking your first left hand turn immediately after passing through the main entrance gate. Greeters will be present to assist if there are any questions. Please use the following address: 1931 Portland-Cobalt Rd, Portland, CT 06480

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors unless severe weather moves the celebration indoors. A couple patio heaters are planned if temperatures are colder than typical. The reception will be held in a climate-controlled indoor area.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, room blocks are set up for the Hilton Garden Inn Hartford South / Glastonbury. For more details and a link to book, please go to the "Travel" tab on this website.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:30 and no later than 3:50. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm

What will the wedding-day timeline look like? Is there an after party planned?

Answer

Transition from ceremony to cocktail hour will be at 4:30. Reception will start at 5:30 and end at 9:30. After party plan details will be updated shortly.

What about costumes for Halloween?

Answer

Even though Halloween is right around the corner from the wedding day, we request you avoid costumes or Halloween-themed items for the wedding day. We love Halloween, but for these few hours, we'd like for everyone to act like halloween doesn't exist :)

Should I bring a pair of comfortable shoes for dancing?

Answer

Yes! A spare pair of comfortable shoes is always encouraged.

Are pictures allowed during the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, please leave the pictures to our professional photographer. During other parts of the day, pictures are welcomed and encouraged.

Are there any special seating arrangements?

Answer

The reception is the only part of the day with seating arrangements with assigned seating by tables. Feel free to sit wherever you like for the ceremony.

What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a 4.5 hour open bar starting at cocktail hour, a champagne toast, and wine service with dinner.
