We are getting married!!

Well, technically, we met in July 2019 on a PWEP (Pratt & Whitney Emerging Professionals) hike at Case Mountain haha. Though, we didn't have much of a chance to talk, until, Brian attended a hike Chelsea helped organize through work to Mt. Monadnock in NH, in Oct 2019. 15 people showed up to the PW parking lot that morning to carpool up to NH, but unfortunately, Brian wasn't quick enough to catch a seat in Chelsea's car. He was pretty disappointed. The group hiked up on a crisp early Fall day. Chelsea was leading the hike but had never actually hiked this mountain before! Though, she felt very comfortable taking trail advice from Brian, maybe because he helped navigate the last one... At the top of the mountain the group ate lunch and Chelsea decided to find a seat next to Brian. Brian offered Chelsea various snacks from his lunch, as he packed extra food per usual. They chatted most of the way hiking back down the mountain about themselves and their aspirations. That following Thursday, Brian IM'd Chelsea at work after reflecting about how cool she was. He was going to invite her to get lunch, but she recalled immediately that they had talked about wanting to go for more walks to break up the desk job workday. So they went on a walk. After a few walks, he invited her to go out to dinner while they were going up the stairwell. On this 1st dinner date they went to Perk on Main in Middletown, CT for some crepes. At the time Chelsea was helping check people in at the local yoga shop and that evening's class was running long to close up, so she gave Brian a heads up she was going to be a bit late. Little did she know that Brian had already been waiting at the restaurant for nearly 45 minutes! Apparently, there was some confusion on the meeting time, but no one knew that yet. Brian was wondering why Chelsea was so nonchalant about being almost an hour late and Chelsea was thinking not much of it. Since they agreed on the time though IM's that are long gone, the mystery may never be solved! Though, one thing we know for certain is Brian must have really had an interest to wait for her that long with his hungry stomach :)
