Please fly into this airport. The resort is about 20 miles (about 1 hour away with traffic) from the airport. The easiest and fastest way to get there would be to book a taxi, which you can do near the exit. Your hotel reservation should also include free airport transfers as well so please visit our FAQ page for further details and instructions.

All travelers must have a valid passport, including U.S. citizens. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your entry date into Mexico. For USA, Canadian, and UK Citizens: Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, and UK Citizens. For Guests Traveling from India: A visa is required prior to entering Mexico. Besides all the amazing things to see in Cancún, the resort has a ton to offer too! Enjoy all-inclusive food and drinks, hang out by the pool, hit the tennis courts, or treat yourself to the spa in between wedding events. There are so many of restaurants to try, including a Cabaret Dinner Experience with reservations in advance.
