How should I RSVP?
Answer
First, take a moment to see if you’re comfortable staying at the resort for all three event days, since the resort requires all guests to stay on-site and book a minimum of 3-nights through our discounted room block. If that works for you, head over to the RSVP tab to let us know you’re coming! After that, you can find details on how to book your stay under the Travel tab. Please be sure to RSVP by December 31st so our planners and vendors can get everything ready with you in mind! If you’re unable to RSVP by then, just reach out to Parth or Kritika to give them a heads-up!

Is there a deadline to book rooms?

Yes! Please be sure to Book rooms by January 19th so that we can make adjustments to our room block if necessary. We would really appreciate this.
Question
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Answer
1.) Your room reservation should come with free airport transfers. Just look for a link at the bottom of your confirmation email where you can make a free rewards account to unlock the free airport transfer offer. Afterwards, head back down to the bottom of your confirmation email again and this time click where it says “log in.” This link will take you directly to a page where you can submit your flight information to confirm your roundtrip airport transfer. This must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or they cannot guarantee a ride! 2.) You can also easily grab a taxi, which is also the quickest option if you are running late or don't want to wait around for the hotel shuttle. You’ll find several taxi agencies right before or just outside the airport exit. They’re all pretty similar, so just go with whichever one feels right.

What time should I arrive?

Ideally at the latest, we’d love for everyone to arrive in time for check-in at 3 PM on Thursday, the 19th. The process may take a little time, especially for those traveling with bigger families, so we recommend planning your arrival with that in mind. Also, please account for common flight delays! Our welcome party kicks off at 6 PM, and we’d really love for you to be there to start the celebrations with us! Alternatively, feel free to fly in earlier in the day, the hotel says they can open up access to their amenities so although your room may not be ready until 3pm, you can still lounge around the resort with full access to your all-inclusive perks!

Can I extend my stay before and after the event days?
Answer
Yes just call the hotel at this number during business hours and ask for Montserrat Grijalva: (855) 280-5717. This is the easiest way to modify your booking as they should honor our discounted rates up until the deadline. Just a heads up, most guests will be checking out on Sunday, but some of us will be staying back an extra night as we’re planning a relaxing pool day. Totally optional, but we’d love to have you there!

Do I need to bring a gift?
Answer
No gifts, please. Just having you with us to celebrate our love means the world to us. We know traveling for a destination wedding takes effort, so your presence truly is the greatest gift we could ask for.
