Naples International Airport
Naples International Airport is about a 45 minute drive to Sorrento! From here, the most convenient way to Sorrento is by car. We recommend either hiring a private car; taxis are available but would be more expensive than hiring a car. Ferry is also available on limited schedule. We do not recommend taking the train from Naples to Sorrento as it is a local line, and not ideal for tourists.
Flight
Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO)
Rome Airport is about ~3 hours (by car) away from Naples, IT and has greater variety of dates and times for flights, though is less direct. From here you can take a connecting flight to Naples, hire/rent a car to drive down to the coast, or take the high speed train which takes about an hour. From Naples Main Station you can take a car or ferry. We do not recommend the local train to Sorrento.
