Ischia is a quieter more causal beach island off the coast of Naples. For a more relaxed beach day with equally stunning views, we recommend heading here (easy to get to via ferry). Our favorite beach club and restaurant is Cap’ E’ Fierr’.
Sorrento is super accessible to the remainder of the Amalfi Coast. For those spending a few extra days, we recommend exploring some of the popular towns along the coast including Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello.
Capri is a short boat ride away from Sorrento. We highly recommend opting for a private boat tour round the island so that you can explore both the island on foot and by boat on your own time. Gianni’s Boat tours has a wide variety of tour options, with reasonable pricing. Once on the island, there is a ton to explore making it a great full or half day trip. Note: the Blue Grotto is a big tourist attraction. This said, if you take a private boat tour they will show you plenty of other grottos and sea caves with no wait time for entrance.
