Will children be attending the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately we have decided to keep this a child free wedding. We kindly ask that anyone with kids please find child care. We appreciate you and are excited to celebrate.

What airport should I fly in to?
Answer
If you are able, the Colorado Springs airport is close by (an 18 min drive to the venue) and would be a great option. If flying into Denver is cheaper or the only option, I would recommend renting a car for the weekend. It is an hour and a half drive from the Denver airport to Colorado Springs so an Uber would be about $150+ each way.

Will I get elevation sickness in Colorado Springs?
Answer
You may. It is important to drink plenty of water for those visiting from other states. The elevation may sneak up on you so please drink water to help avoid feeling ill. Tips to help if you do feel sick: https://www.visitcos.com/blog/high-altitude-tips/

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
The venue will be outdoors. Summer dresses are recommended for ladies and a button up shirt for men. It may be warm out during the day but it does cool off quickly in the evening. I would recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening. If you are unsure on the vibe, please visit the style guide tab to get a better feel for what to wear.

Will there be transportation to and from the Wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, no there will not be a shuttle to or from the venue. Since our wedding guest count will be so small and people will be staying at different locations, there will not be transportation provided to or from the venue from any hotel. Colorado Springs offers Uber and Lyft for those who do not want to drive. For those who want to come to the after party, there will be one shuttle taking guests from the venue to the Airbnb for wedding party is staying at. Feel free to drive or hop on the bus and join after the wedding!

Can I smoke at the Wedding?
Answer
No, our venue does not allow any drugs or outside alcohol. No smoking or vaping is allowed on property. If you want to smoke (weed or cigs), you will have to go to the parking lot.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes, this venue has a large parking lot and will have plenty of spots for everyone. For anyone who wants to uber back to their hotel or Airbnb, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue until 9am Sunday morning. All vehicles must be removed by 9am.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes, everything will be held at Hillside Gardens in Colorado Springs. This venue is 20 minutes from the COS airport and offers free parking for anyone driving to the wedding.

How do I know if I have a plus one?
Answer
Each plus one will be listed on each individual invitation. You will only be allowed to RSVP for the people invited in your party. Please contact Kristy if you are unclear about a plus one.
