Do you have directions to the Venue?

Answer

Glenwood Canyon Resort 1308 County Road 129, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 · Take exit #119- Turn South- Head straight into the Resort- there will be signs for guest parking.

Is there Transportation to and from hotels to the Venue?

Answer

There is no transportation. There is limited uber/taxis in the valley. Please plan accordingly.

Is There Parking for the Ceremony or Reception ?

Answer

Yes there is guest parking next to the event center. The ceremony is located down by the river. There are some stairs. If there are people that need to be dropped off there is a road that will take you straight to the ceremony. Please note there is no parking down there.

Cell Phones or Photography

Answer

Please Unplug and Enjoy the Moment During our ceremony, we ask that you unplug and be fully present with us. Kindly turn off your cell phones and leave the photography to our talented photographer throughout the entire ceremony. We want to see your smiling faces, not your phones. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:45 to 3:00PM. Arriving early helps with parking and getting situated. The Ceremony STARTS at 3:30pm. We kindly ask that if you arrive at 3:30 please wait up at the reception area- grab a drink and enjoy the breath-taking views of the Glenwood Canyon!

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

There’s no need to suit up, but a sports coat, blazer, or tie is always welcome. Feel free to wear a button-down shirt, polo, slacks, or jeans—whatever makes you feel comfortable! Ladies, please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception area is a mix of indoor and outdoor space. There is a slight walk on uneven ground, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Since it's fall in Colorado, please plan accordingly for the weather. Bring a jacket !

Do You Have Hotel Recommendations?

Answer

Glenwood Canyon Resort will have places to stay. There are cabins, Glamping tents, Rv parking. Not feeling like "Roughing it". Hotel Maxwell Anderson is about 3 mins away. Along with the Glenwood Hot Springs, Hotel Colorado and La Quinta. There is also the Courtyard and Residence Inn close by.

I Have A Food Allergy, Can I Make a Special Request?

We’re excited to have a BBQ Truck serving delicious smoked meats and a selection of sides. During cocktail hour, there will also be a variety of hors d'oeuvres to enjoy. While we’ll do our best to accommodate vegetarians, please note that we are unable to accommodate specific food allergies.

What Are The Plans For The Reception?

Answer

As the newlyweds sneak away to take some photos after the ceremony, please head up to the reception area to mingle, snack on tasty morsels, and enjoy a beverage. Dinner will be served from the BBQ Truck, with a cash bar available and cupcakes for dessert. And don’t forget the dancing! While we won’t have a DJ or band, we’ll have an iPad playing music—feel free to add your favorite song to the queue!

Your Presence is Our Gift As we begin this exciting chapter as husband and wife, we are fortunate to already have all the home essentials we need. What we truly need is YOU! We won’t be taking our honeymoon until 2026, but if you'd like to contribute to our future adventure, we would be so grateful. You can send any contributions via Venmo, and we'll also have a QR code available at the reception. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

Can I bring a guest or our kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Due to venue capacity and budget considerations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or children, unless otherwise noted. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special date night!
