All anticipated guests who forwarded their contact info, were sent save the date emails. For those who did not or are unable to find it, you can click on "view' button below and you would be sent to our wedding planner's site at destinationweddings.com, where you MUST register. 1. The link will take you to the Attend A Wedding page, there you will click on the pre-filled section "FIND A WEDDING". Note: If the section is not pre-filled you will enter either Pearson or Smith for the last name and the password "PEARSONPARTY2019". 2. After selecting "Find a Wedding" you will now be on the "Register Account" page. You must create an account on the destination weddings website. Enter your email address. Create a password. Enter your full name. ( I recommend you have your device save this info for easy re-entry). 3. Now your registered on the site. Carefully read the page. Select your check in date. Select the number of nights for your stay. Select your desired room with # of guests.

If your not sure what room to select you can visit the Moon Palace website to view the rooms and it's amenities, the site below will take you there. 4. After you select your Room Category with the number guests that will be in your room, enter your pertinent info in the "Please Submit Your Information" section. If other people are in the room enter their info where asked. Select "Send Reservation Request". Then submit payment info. IMPORTANT: There is a $50 deposit per person to hold your room reservation. If there is 1 person in the room it is $100 to hold your room reservation. *** You DID NOT RSVP until you made your deposit to hold your room.*** It is recommended that you RSVP ASAP. Be sure to take advantage of the "DWT Interest Free Easy Payment Plan". There you can make an arrangement to pay your hotel stay in increments. ***GUESTS THAT WISH TO ATTEND THAT RESIDE OUT OF THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE CONTACT GARY*** Please view our FAQ page for more useful information.

We encourage all guests to use the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. It is closer to Ocho Rios and a more pleasant route.
