They have developed a friendship that extends well beyond sisterhood and she has continued to be Kristin’s partner-in-crime for all things fun, ratchet, and meaningful. Their love, loyalty, and drop-what-you’re-doing-to-be-there-for-each-other-no-matter-what bond is one others may only have the pleasure of reading about, seeing in movies, or praying endlessly to experience.

The ultimate little brother- Jordan is Scott's biggest fan and vice versa. He is always hard-working, creative, and loyal. As a child, Scott could always count on Jordan to be the Robin to his Batman, Jordan to his Scottie- the fearless co-conspirator.
Dionne Harmon

You will never again meet someone who takes such pride in being the oldest sister and who executes the role so well. Many of Dionne’s early sisterly “duties” entailed dressing little Kristin up in her clothes and prompting her to sing SWV’s “Weak” for all her friends. Fast forward to present-day, she is the one who Kristin can always count on to share a bottle (or several) of champagne while offering the best big sisterly wisdom and advice. Yet, what has always remained a constant through the years is that she is Kristin’s lifelong protector and role model. Dionne has one of the biggest hearts you will ever meet and Kristin will never be able to express the deep love, admiration, and appreciation she has for her, forever ecstatic getting to go through life as her little sister.

The Groom's right hand-man. Trey is the kind of best friend that doesn’t come around too often. Dependable and kind-hearted, Trey's mere presence brings so much joy and laughter. Forever loyal and forever true to himself, Trey and Scott's friendship is invaluable and rich with brotherhood and love.

Kristin’s twin sister, who was born just three days before Kristin with an eerily similar personality, an unexplained pigment deficiency, and a fiercely intense love for Kristin, has made it her life-long commitment to be Kristin’s best friend and ride-or-die. In all seriousness, with 15 years of friendship, Rachel has shown herself to be incredibly loyal, loving, and accepting of Kristin and her many personalities (see Gemini traits for additional detail). Kristin is forever grateful for the friendship they share that, over the years, has grown into one of family.

Scott's longest tenured friend. Adam and Scott's respective paths in life may have taken them in different directions, but they have been able to maintain a solid friendship through mutual admiration for each other. Classmates and soccer teammates, Adam has always been someone Scott wants in the trenches with him.

Thankfully a dispute over who was responsible for the Swedish meatball on the floor did not stop the formation of a beautiful friendship and sistership. Lauren and Kristin grew up in the church together yet continued their friendship, one now of more than 15 years, to Howard University where they further solidified their bond as soul sisters. Given her calm nature, it continues to be somewhat of a mystery to this day how she’s able to fully tolerate Kristin. However, Kristin is eternally grateful for their friendship that always helps to keep her grounded and is filled with so much love, laughter, and memories.

One of Scott's most solid friendships. Scott has always been able to count on their relationship for constant support and the unlimited gems of wisdom. They started off as great acquaintances and their affiliation grew in the Summer of ‘09 in Vegas. Confidants ever since.

Following in the footsteps of their older sisters who had developed a friendship years before, Joy and Kristin formed a bond through participating together in their church’s confirmation group. Now boasting of nearly a 20-year friendship, Joy and Kristin have created an ever-lasting connection defined by their ability to be there for one another through every peak, valley, and times in between. It is merely a bonus for Kristin that Joy allows her (and, frankly, encourages her) to be her craziest and most fun-loving self.

Scott met Alex during their freshman year of college and Scott easily considers him one of the most genuine people he has ever met. Driven and always ballin’, Alex is always one to test limits and share in his spoils.

If it wasn’t for the delayed shipping of Stacie’s textbook and Kristin’s prompt and compassionate willingness to share hers, Kristin may never have met her college sweetheart and California Love. A then-acquaintance that began in the classrooms of Howard University with only an initial shared interest of psychology has now grown into a 10-plus year friendship and counting. It’s a friendship that allows Kristin to be forever indebted to the traditional woes of the mailing system and forever grateful to have such an unmatchably kind yet witty friend in Stacie.

The light-skinned version of Scott. Ron and Scott instantly clicked back in the good old days on PSP '06. Ron has always been selfless, honorable, and down for an adventure. Through the years, their friendship has remained strong despite distance.

When Kristin heard about Scott’s Spelman sister who went by the name of Jaz, she wasn’t sure what to expect; thankfully, Jaz and Kristin were instant friends from the moment they met. Their friendship is characterized by a raw realness, unfiltered dialogue, ratchet fun, and true compassion. Although they have only known one another for a relatively short time, you would never guess it from the connection that they have been able to form.
