We’ve reserved a room block at the Embassy Suites Downtown Nashville for our wedding guests. For those traveling from downtown Nashville, buses will be provided to and from the wedding venue.
If you prefer to stay closer to the venue, there are several hotel options in the Franklin, TN area.
Please note that Uber and Lyft availability may be limited from the wedding venue.

Buses from Embassy Suites to Ceremony and Back

Buses will be provided for guests traveling from downtown Nashville to the ceremony and back. Pick-up and drop-off will take place at the Embassy Suites Downtown only. If you would like to take the bus but are not staying at the hotel, we recommend parking across the street from the Embassy Suites at the Music City Center Garage (701 Demonbreun Street). Pick-up: 3:45 PM from the hotel lobby Return: Buses will depart the venue at approximately 11:00 PM and return to the hotel lobby around 11:45 PM.
