How do I RSVP?
Answer
Click on the RSVP button at the top of the page to enter the portal. We also kindly request that you RSVP for the Welcome Party and Shuttle to/from downtown.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than April 1, 2026. We will need to share final counts with our vendors and may not be able to accept guests who RSVP after that date.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Please share your guest's full name if they're attending.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we adore your children, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a well-deserved night off!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. Please no jeans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. For guests not using the shuttle from downtown, we recommend arriving by 4:30pm to allow ample time for parking, entering the venue and finding a good seat.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking at the venue. Vehicles may be left overnight if needed, but must be picked up by 9:30am the following morning, Sunday, May 17. Please note that Uber and Lyft availability may be limited from the wedding venue. Additionally, a bus will run between the venue and the Embassy Suites Downtown Nashville, where our hotel block is located.
