COVID19 & FAQs

Question

What about COVID?

Answer

We understand that this situation is fluid and we hope you are able to join us for our special day. That being said, if you are unable to attend, we understand and you will be greatly missed. Our venue has an ongoing list of modifications being made regarding safety while at the wedding. These will continue to be updated as things change.

Question

What modifications are in place at your venue due to COVID19?

Answer

As of right now, our venue has some modifications in place including: - 6 feet distance between each table - Seating chart information will be sent to Colorado Health Department - Liability Waiver will be signed upon entering venue - During check in process, each guest will need to arrive with face covering. Each guest will be asked if they have had fever, cough, or shortness of breath. If the answer is yes or anyone appears to be sick that individual will be asked to leave. No Exceptions. - Ceremony chairs will be distanced. Groups traveling together may sit closer. - Bathroom capacity will be 2 guest at one time We appreciate Windsong Estate Event Center helping us accommodate our wedding during a time like this!

Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

During check in, all guests will be required to wear a mask. Otherwise, we encourage mask-wearing, especially if you are at risk due to a health condition.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we prefer for this to be a night off for you, please contact Kristin if you have questions about childcare options.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Being September in Colorado, it should be very warm during the day. It will probably cool off when the sun goes down, so you may want to be prepared with a light jacket or sweater! That being said, the reception will be mostly inside so no need to worry about being cold.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "& Guest" then please do! If not, we promise we will try our best to seat you close to someone you know.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "travel" tab on this website for our hotel suggestions. Again, there are closer hotels than those we have suggested. But due to the safety and quality of these, we recommend booking at one of our suggested hotels!
