Wait, you are getting married September 12th? Of THIS year?

Answer

Indeed we are! We are in love and Ryan doesn't get a lot of time off this year with his residency and we're in the middle of a pandemic so we decided to do it sooner rather than later! Why spend a year making millions of wedding decisions when you can cram it all into 2 months of planning and make all your hair turn grey haha lol jk.

Question

Should I book flights to Charleston, South Carolina ASAP?

Answer

Please don't! Unless your names are Rob Kent, Anne Kent, Tyler Kent, Andrea Kent, Hudson Kent, Victoria Kent, Josh Samuels, Dave Stannard (Sr), Robin Stannard, David Stannard (Jr), Janese Stannard, Reese Stannard, Scott Stannard, Ryan Kent, or Kristin Stannard (soon to be Kristin Kent oh em gee!), then unfortunately you are not invited to join the wedding in person and instead invited to just join the live stream online!!! We're saving you money and time though robbing you of a truly wonderful gathering and celebration but we can do a bigger party when the pandemic ends. :)

Question

What if we want to give you a toast?

Answer

Wow that is so sweet of you to ask. Totally not necessary AT ALL but in case you want to give a toast and have some spare time before the wedding weekend, you could either 1) let us know and we can Facetime you in to our "rehearsal dinner" Friday night, or 2) film something on your phone and send to us to watch during the rehearsal dinner night. Again this is really not necessary and one of Kristin's friends asked which is why she is writing this as an FAQ but don't worry no need for anyone to do this! Except for Schwabby, if she doesn't do this Kristin will be mad.

Question

How's this live stream thing going to work?

Answer

Our photographer will set up one camera that will live stream the ceremony (which will be pretty short...) It will just be a one-way stream, so you'll be able to click on the link on the Schedule page the day of the wedding to join in and watch. Some friends have discussed doing a "group zoom" to watch together so feel free to set that up amongst yourselves if that would be of interest!
