Sunriver Resort

The Sunriver Resort offers home rentals as well as traditional hotel rooms. If you are traveling or meeting with friends and family, we recommend coordinating a house rental as their per night rates are lower than room rates when split between multiple people.  Please call Sunriver Resort directly to book your accommodation at 800-547-3922 and refer to the Herlihy-DeNovellis Wedding. We have a block of discounted Lodge Village guestrooms at a $189 (plus resort fees & taxes) nightly rate that will be held for us until Thursday, April 6th 2023. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible as the resort can sell out on weekends! The resort reservations team will be able to assist in booking house or chalet accommodations as well (based on availability). Booking through the resort directly ensures your rental will count towards our lodging minimum.

Flight

Bend/Redmond Airport

Bend/Redmond Airport (RDM): There are direct flights to RDM from most West Coast cities, however flights from the East Coast will require a connecting flight. Seattle typically has the most flights per day to RDM and has mild weather in May. Rental cars are available at the airport, there are also shuttles and ubers available that can take you to Sunriver upon request. We can also arrange airport pickups with local family and friends if you cannot rent a car or uber. *Many of these flights are on smaller planes, occasionally propeller planes, please keep this in mind if you are a nervous flyer.  There are other airports in Oregon (Portland and Eugene) but both are several hours away. You can get direct flights from the East Coast into Portland, but it does require a longer drive to Sunriver. They are great options if you are looking to make a longer trip in Oregon.
