We're so pleased to say that after hosting 20+ weddings since reopening in June, our venue Ashton Gardens has not had a single covid case reported afterward! With their enhanced sanitation and safety protocols, we hope you'll feel as comfortable there as we do! A few things to note: •Masks are REQUIRED in the chapel, ballroom, and all common areas of Ashton Gardens •During the ceremony, keep 6 feet of space (2 seats) between you and other guests •Tables in the reception area will seat a maximum of 8 people. We'll seat guests with family members and/or people they feel comfortable with More details are under the "Ceremony" and "Reception" events on our Schedule tab!
We're so glad that you're still hoping to celebrate with us from afar! We're working with our venue to explore this possibility. If we're able to live stream the ceremony, we'll announce it here on our site! Keep checking the "Schedule" tab to see if a virtual event is added.
Please bring only the people who are included on your invitation and RSVP form, even if that's just yourself. Out of respect for all our guests' safety and our venue's 50% capacity, we cannot accommodate extra people who are not listed on your invitation. We appreciate you making any needed arrangements!
Sure! Please tell us about food allergies, vegetarian needs, etc to help us choose the best menu. You can let us know through your RSVP form.
Please wear something you would wear to church or a very nice brunch. The bride asks that no one else wears white.
For convenience's sake, we recommend all out of town guests stay within our room block and use the provided transportation. If you do need to stay elsewhere, you can Uber, Lyft or rent a car. We hope you'll choose the safest and most convenient option.
