YES. Due to VERY limited parking at the venue, utilizing our shuttle service is REQUIRED, even for local guests. We will be contacting anyone directly who will be allowed to drive their own vehicle to the venue. Transportation via our transportation service IS REQUIRED for all guests of our wedding! Busses will be departing from Comfort Suites Evergreen at 2:15pm (boarding starting at 2pm) then departing from our wedding at 9:20pm from our venue and arriving back at Comfort Suites Evergreen at 10pm. Please contact us with any further questions!
Please dress in formal attire. Please wear attire in the warm color palette (ie. pink, red, orange, or yellow) OR black. Please avoid wearing cool colors (ie. blues, purples, etc.). We'd recommend bringing an outer layer (ie. jacket, shawl, or scarf) as our wedding *MAY* be outside but may also be moved inside depending on weather.
At the moment, we are planning to have the ceremony outdoor and the reception indoor, however, we will be moving the ceremony indoor if weather calls for it! We will have outdoor heaters if our ceremony is outside! Please be sure to bring a jacket.
While we'd love to party with you all night long, we will have a hard stop to music at 9pm and will be leaving the venue shortly after! The return shuttle will be leaving the venue at 9:20pm and dropping all passengers off at Comfort Suites Evergreen at 10pm.
