Can I take photos/video with my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

Please keep your phone silenced and hidden during the wedding ceremony. It is important to us that you be present with us, and we have hired an amazing photographer to take professional photos of everything, which we will share with you all. We would love it if nobody had their phones out in the photographer's shots. You may take as many photos as you want during Cocktail Hour/Reception! Thank you for respecting our decision to have a phone-free ceremony.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by July 10th.

Are my children included in the wedding invitation?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, we have decided to have a child-free wedding. We hope you can take this opportunity to have a fun night out!

Does my invitation include a plus one?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our special weekend as intimate as possible and are choosing to celebrate with only our closest friends and family. All those who are included in your invitation will appear when you enter one of the addressee's names in the RSVP page.

Will there be room blocks at hotels?

Answer

We will not be doing room blocks. Check under the Travel tab for the hotel we recommend staying at during the weekend.

Are there other lodging options besides hotels in the area?

Answer

There are quite a few AirBnb options in the area that are reasonably priced. If you need help deciding on one or need help looking in the area, please let us know!

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

The wedding venue is about 72 miles north of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), therefore renting a car is necessary. There are many rental car agencies at SEA, or you could consider Turo for rental. There are not many Uber/Lyft vehicles in the Mount Vernon area, so please keep that in consideration when we are celebrating and have a designated driver or look into scheduling a taxi for the night of the wedding!
