Tash and I met freshman year of college at Missouri State when we both joined ADPi. I've lost count how many years we lived together, but overall Tash has kept myself and my life afloat for over a decade now! She is who you call when you need solid, honest advice and also who you call if you need to know anything baby/political/celeb gossip related. She is the most level-headed, smart, beautiful inside and out person I know! Tash and her husband, Brandon, live in Delaware with their 3 adorable kids.
Chris Rodriguez
Best Man
Chris and Daniel met at Stephen F Austin in 2007 (ish) when Chris joined the TKE fraternity. They were a match made in fraternity brother heaven. Chris is an avid outdoors-man (see photo) and Daniel loves going to visit him so they can do outdoor, man things. I even hiked my first 14-er alongside Chris after just meeting him 6 hours before. Chris has a huge heart and I'm so happy he'll be standing alongside Daniel when we say I do! Chris lives in Colorado with his wife Jasmin and their two gargantuan doggies.
Taylor Miller

Taylor is a real OG Houn Dawg friend. We have known each other since we were toddlers and have seen each other through ALL phases of life. We're talking pre-hair straightener days, Taylor wearing a tie like Avril Lavigne days, and me thinking white eyeliner is hot days. Not cute. Taylor has the most kind heart of anyone I know and is always there with the BEST words of encouragement. Taylor and her husband, Nate, live in Missouri with their precious little girl.
Tyler Davis

Tyler and Daniel also met at SFA and were TKE brother as well. They lived together in the frat house for years and then also lived together once they moved to Fort Worth. Tyler is one of the most unique individuals I have ever met and an irreplaceable person in our lives. Him and his wife Brittany played a huge part in getting Daniel and I together so we've chosen Tyler to be our officiant. Nothing is better than listening to Tyler tell a story so we figured he'd probably be pretty good at a wedding ceremony too! Tyler and Brittany live in Fort Worth (just a few miles from Daniel and I) where they grow a fabulous garden, host the best parties, and have the most beautiful home!
Danielle Weese

Danielle is another Aurora Houn Dawg OG. She was my very first friend I made in Mrs. Prevo's kindergarten class. Danielle is insanely smart and somehow also the most random, fun person I know. From FFA livestock judges to now fellow Texans, we have been through so much together! Danielle and her husband, Brandon, live in the San Antonio area and just welcome their first bundle of joy to the world, Anna!
Benjamin Jessup

Ben is another SFA alum and fraternity brother as well (see a trend here). Daniel hit the jackpot when he landed his job at Pioneer because Ben also works for Pioneer...in the same department...offices side-by-side...lunch everyday. Its unreal how lucky these two got because Pioneer is not a small company. Ben is a huge reason (or maybe the sole reason) why Daniel got into the oil and gas industry to begin with so we're forever thankful for that! Ben and his wife Brooke live in Roanoke, TX with their two babies.
Denise Matoushek

I met Denise freshman year when we were suite mates at MSU. Denise was intimidating at first, but I quickly learned she is the kind of person you want to have around in case you ever get in a bar fight. Denise will go to bat for you 100% of the time even if you are 1000% in the wrong. We also managed to spend all 4 college spring breaks together....which led to some really great memories and pictures (all on digital cameras). Denise lives in Lake St. Louis with her husband, Thomas, and their little girl Mila!
Joseph Sisco

Joseph and Daniel go way back to Fossil Ridge High School. Joseph is part of the the "golf bros" group...somehow Daniel and this group manage to be off work every Friday afternoon (not bitter at all) and you can find them 9/10 times on the Fossil Creek golf course. Joseph and Daniel have also gone on many trips together including London, San Fran, and San Diego. All of these trips revolve around either golf or the Dallas Cowboys. Joseph is a great friend and I love having him around. He currently lives in Fort Worth with his brand new puppy!
Melissa Hess

I met Melissa freshman year at MSU when we both joined ADPi. Melissa is my little hardworking Italian/New Yorker spitfire. We both majored in fashion merchandising and bonded over many a late-night fashion project. Melissa is the reason I got my internship in NYC at Ralph Lauren which led to the best summer of our lives. Even to this day, we have similar careers and love sharing daily stresses of the fashion/department store/ecom world. Melissa lives in NYC with her husband, Bryan, and they're brand new baby girl, Vivian!
Tyler Bishop

Daniel and Tyler met in high school but then went on to go to SFA together and yes, TKE brothers too. Tyler (I mainly hear him referred to as "Bishop") is part of the fishing group that goes on their bi-annual fishing trip...I never actually hear of too many fish being caught but I know they have an absolute blast fishing, camping, and partaking in some beverages in the middle of nowhere. Tyler and his wife, Courtney just recently eloped in Hawaii and live in Coppell, TX.
Beth Anne Baird

Beth Anne is my bridesmaid, but more importantly, she's my work wife. We met 6 years ago when we both were brand new assistants at Dillard's. I eat lunch with this girl 5 days a week so she is well aware of EVERY detail in my life...whether she likes it or not. Most importantly, Beth Anne is a large reason of why this wedding is happening. Without her, I would have never met Daniel so you could say I owe her big time. Beth Anne lives in Fort Worth and is the sleepwear/lingerie buyer for Dillards.com.
Michael Mihalco

Michael aka Miha (pronounce mee-HA) is another SFA alum and TKE brother. From what I'm told, single Daniel and Miha used to spend every weekend together before I came along and ruined it. Miha was living in Dallas and Daniel, Fort Worth so they would take turns staying at each others apartment for the weekend. I'm not really sure what they did, but I'm guessing it was hang out, go out, repeat. A true bromance! Miha recently moved back to Houston for a new job opportunity!
Tera Wilburn

I met Tera the summer before our senior year of college. We didn't know each other well, but we agreed to live in a 500 square foot dorm together in NYC while we did our internships. Needless to say, we knew each other REAL well by the end of the summer. We had the absolute time of our lives all while living off Tera's cheesy eggs and bottle service at MARQUEE. Tera is still the life of the party and her dance moves are fire. She works and lives in Lebanon, MO with her husband, Tyler.
Jon-Michael Garrett

Jon-Michael did NOT go to SFA or was a TKE, but him and Daniel bonded over the oil and gas industry. They both worked in the field traveling hours on end together, and at one point, lived in a hotel room together so its safe to say JM knows Daniel rather well. They also share the same love for golf. Daniel (and now I do too) travel to Lubbock every summer to play in a golf tournament that in their minds, is the equivalent to the Masters. JM and his wife, Monica, host us and we have the best time! They also have a daughter named Caroline who is the absolute sweetest!
Samantha Burris

Sam was also a part of the NYC summer and the 500 square foot dorm room. She served as our leader and tour guide of the city. Without her, I'm pretty sure Tera and I would have never found our way home at night. Sam is still the same way today (9 years later), always knowing the best restaurants, wine, shoes...you name it. This girl is in the KNOW. Sam recently (ish) moved to Chicago and is killing it in the wine industry game.
David Barrett

I only know Barrett as "Barrett". I've never actually heard Daniel call him David once. Barrett is another SFA-er and TKE brother. What I mainly know about him is that he's been working on developing a special putter for years....like bought the machinery to make it and has spent hours/days/weeks/years working on it. I'm not sure what stage its in now, but its pretty impressive! Barrett and his wife Ashley recently bought a house and moved to Austin!
Ryan Riviello

Daniel met Ryan, aka "Rivi", through Joseph and is another member of the Golf Bros. Daniel and him typically play on the same team against Joseph and Jonathan...I'm not sure if the winners or the losers have to take the Fireball shots, but I know Fireball shots are had. This is the extent of my knowledge about their golf days. Rivi and his wife Rachel live in Fort Worth with their adorable little boy Zac.
Jonathan Dennehy

Jonathan, aka "JD", is the brother of Rivi so naturally, he is the fourth member of the Golf Bros group. I actually think its JD who is the Fireball shot provider, from what I understand. This group also has an obsession with SnapChat and feel the need to snap each other every time they start drinking...literally videoing themselves taking a drink. It is rather entertaining and I've come to appreciate it. JD lives in Fort Worth with his wife Mandy, and their precious daughter Charlie.
