Do I have to take the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle is not mandatory. We reserved the shuttle to guarantee that our guests will have a good time if they plan on taking advantage of the open bar. If you plan to drink, please take the shuttle.

What time will the shuttle be arriving?

Answer

The continuous shuttle will be arriving at ICONA Avalon (next door to beachcomber resort) at approximately 1:30pm and will be taking guests to the ceremony starting at 1:45pm. The shuttle will also be taking guests back to the hotel following the ceremony and then to Abbie Holmes Estate for dinner and dancing starting at 5pm. The shuttle will also be available throughout the night to bring guests back to the hotel following the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones and wish they could all be there to celebrate with us, we appreciate your understanding that this is an Adults Only Reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Cocktail attire preferred. Also, please refrain from wearing colors typically reserved for the bride (white, ivory, creams, etc.).

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

The venue will accommodate all types of dietary restrictions. Please list any and all restrictions on your RSVP card so that we can make those requests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your wedding invitation should specify how many seats are reserved for your party on the RSVP card.

What time does cocktail hour start?

Answer

Doors open to the reception at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour starts at 6:00pm and reception starts at 7:00pm.

What if I RSVP'd yes, but can't come anymore?

Answer

We completely understand that things come up and life happens. If you have to rescind your RSVP for any reason, please just reach out to us as soon as you can so that we can adjust accordingly. Thank you.
