Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge

Guests have the convenient option to stay on-site at the wedding venue, Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge. Currently, reservations are available starting Saturday, September 6th, just in time for our evening wedding celebration. For out-of-town guests or those looking to extend their stay, we can arrange accommodations to include Friday, September 5th. If you're interested in staying longer than one night, please contact Kristina directly to coordinate your reservation.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Guests can book at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Buford NE - Lake Lanier, just a short drive from the wedding venue. Enjoy the convenience of our discounted group rate, available for standard King or standard 2 Queen beds. To secure this special rate, reservations must be made by August 15th at 6:00 PM EST. You can book your room by clicking the link provided or by calling 800-465-4329. If calling, please use the group code EG7 and reference the King-Barnes Wedding to ensure you receive the group rate. We encourage you to book early, as availability is limited.

Parking

Guests will enjoy complimentary parking at Lanier Islands Resort. While both Peachtree Falls (Ceremony) and The Venetian Pier (Reception) are conveniently located on the property, guests will need to drive between the two venues. Parking is available at both locations for your convenience.

For guests seeking private transportation to and from the airport, our trusted partner, Richard Durnell at In The Black Transportation, offers convenient and reliable service. Rates range from $155–$175 each way, depending on the final location. To secure his services, bookings must be made at least one month in advance, and guests should mention the King/Barnes wedding when scheduling to take advantage of our special rate.
