Bus Transportation- Departure
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
We have chartered a bus to take our wedding guests from the resort to the boat departure location. The bus will pick you up from Paradise Village Resort & Spa and safely bring you to Vallarta Adventures. The bus will depart at 3:00 pm. Please arrive early to ensure you do not miss our ceremony and all of the festivities!
Boat Transportation- Departure
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
The only way to reach our wedding venue is by boat. Complimentary boat transportation will be provided for our guests. Check in for the boat is at 4:00 pm and will depart promptly at 4:30 pm. During the boat ride, you will get to see breathtaking views of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the iconic Los Arcos. The festivities have officially begun! Please enjoy our open bar and music while you make your way to our wedding location.
Wedding Ceremony
6:00 pm
Becoming Mr. & Mrs. Richardson.
Welcome to Las Caletas! Once you exit the boat, adults will be greeted with our signature Paloma drink. Please enjoy the scenery and make your way to your seat. The sunset wedding ceremony should begin shortly. Event Attire: Beach formal- soft fabrics, neutral tones, flats and dressy sandals. Please review our “Gallery” tab for our event attire color palette. Please review our “FAQs” tab for details on shoe recommendations.
Cocktail Hour
6:20 pm
Enjoy a variety of hors d’oeuvres. The celebration will also include an open bar, so you can sip on cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for the rest of the evening. Our signature Paloma will continue to be available all evening while at the venue.
Dinner
7:20 pm
We’re excited to share a delicious buffet-style dinner, featuring a variety of traditional Mexican dishes and other flavorful options to suit every taste.
Toasts & Dessert
8:15 pm
The best man and matron of honor share heartfelt words to celebrate the bride and groom.

Reception
8:45 pm
The party kicks off with the traditional first dance. Let’s have a night we won’t forget! We hope you enjoy the bonfire, cabanas, music, and dancing. Let’s make some memories!
Boat Transportation- Return
10:30 pm - 11:30 pm
The party has not stopped! As we make our way back to shore, we hope you enjoy the warm night breeze, open bar, and music.
Bus Transportation- Return
11:30 pm
Once we disembark from the boat, the chartered bus will immediately return us back safely to the resort. The resort will be our last stop of the evening. Thank you so much for joining us and making this night memorable!

Vallarta Adventures- Tour
7:30 am
We are thinking about booking an adventure tour for Sunday. This is not yet set in stone. If you are also interested and considering booking a tour, please let us know so we can possibly coordinate. There are multiple tours available. Top pick at the moment for us is Majahuitas Beach Day Experience since we can bring AvaBlu.
