Summary: If fully vaccinated, masks are not required at the ceremony and reception venues (as of 7 November 2021). Effective Friday, May 28, 2021, Virginia has ended all mitigation restrictions on capacity and distancing in businesses and public spaces. (See: Executive Order Seventy-Nine.) Effective Friday, May 14, 2021, people fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no longer need to wear a mask in most public settings, indoors or outside.
