Hotel
If you're using Hyatt points, you're welcome to book your stay now. For everyone else, we are currently working on getting a room block (for standard rooms) for a discounted rate. Or we will have our travel agent help you with the booking. Hang tight! We plan to be in Da Nang by Tuesday March 24, 2026. Please keep in mind that the resort is pretty big. While there are golf carts that bring guests around, be prepared to walk. If you plan on going into the city a lot, we recommend you stay near the front of the resort. Below is a photo of the resort map and where the ceremony and reception will be: https://docs.google.com/document/d/179QEaYI6b4E4L7fNsecIaJoRLi1dIUJAk2Wzt4GSWCY/edit?usp=sharing
Flight
For most of our guests coming from California, there are no direct flights to Da Nang. Since many guests will be turning the wedding into a full trip, we recommend flying into either Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)—with direct flights available from SFO and LAX—or Hanoi (which is what we’ll be doing), and spending a few nights there before the wedding. Not only does this break up the travel, but it also gives you a chance to explore more of Vietnam before the celebration begins! 🇻🇳✈️ Traveling to Da Nang from either Saigon or Hanoi is quick and easy—just a 1 hour 20 minute flight. Flight Options: - Vietnam Airlines: offers competitive prices with checked baggage included. A reliable and comfortable choice. - Vietjet Air: often has cheaper base fares, but checked baggage costs extra (can be added for a small fee). Keep in mind: delays and occasional cancellations can happen. Both airlines operate multiple flights daily, so you’ll have flexibility when planning your trip.
