Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kristie Lok and Carlin Liu
The 3rd week of September is usually the start of Larch season, and we would highly recommend taking advantage of your time here to do some amazing hikes around the area! Below are some of our recommendations (not all hikes will have views of larches). Please note, while you do not need a park pass to hike in Canmore, you will need to purchase a Banff National Park pass if you going to Banff, or a Kananaskis Provincial Park pass for the Kananaskis area.

Our Favourite Hikes in the Area

[ CANMORE AND KANANASKIS ] Ha Ling Peak (medium/hard) - Pictured in photo above ;) Grassi Lakes (easy) Canmore Engine Bridge (scenic walk) Sarrail Ridge (medium) Upper Kananskis Lake (easy) Prairie View Lookout (medium) [ BANFF ] Larch Valley and Sentinel Pass (medium/hard) Lake Agnes Tea House (medium) Sulfur Mountain (medium)
