When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2025. This helps us finalize all the details and headcount. Please use the RSVP link on our website to confirm your attendance and meal preferences.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking, locating the venue, and getting comfortably seated.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we kindly request that you wear formal attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if you'd like to bring a +1 and don't see it as part of your invitation, please contact Kristie or Carlin.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. We hope you can join us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be held indoor/outdoor on the patio and areas around the reception hall.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free outdoor parking is available at the Silvertip for all guests and visitors of the golf course.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Taxi services are available in the town of Canmore if you do not wish to drive. Please note that Lyfts and Ubers are not available, so please plan accordingly.

Question

Do I need a park pass to enter Canmore?

Answer

You do not need a park pass to enter the town of Canmore. However if plan on spending time in Banff or the Kananaskis area, you will need to purchase respective park passes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know in your RSVP so we can accommodate your request.
