Dress code: Funky Formal | Cocktail attire with personality — bold colours, dramatic silhouettes, expressive accessories and a something unexpected to make it uniquely you. We want style, joy, and a little flair.

4:30–5:45 pm | Cocktails & Charcuterie Have a late lunch so you’re comfortable (and so the cocktails don’t hit too hard). Arrive early, grab a drink, and let the celebration begin! 6:00–6:30 pm | Ceremony Top up your drink, grab a tissue, and find your seat. It’s time to make this official. 6:30–8:00 pm | Dinner by YYC Food Trucks Your friend-group “Captain” will let you know when it’s your turn at the truck. Thanks for your patience while everyone gets fed — burgers and fries felt far more “us” than rubber chicken (and a lot more fun). 8:00 pm | Toasts & Dancing A few words, then the dance floor opens. 9:00 pm | Coffee, Tea & Sweet Treats Nanaimo bars, Tim Tams & donuts — in lieu of wedding cake. Important: At 9 pm, the bar will be cash ($5/drink). We love your little ones and they’re warmly invited; we understand if you’d prefer a night out just for Mom & Dad.
