Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would ask that you dress in semi-formal/business casual attire. Ladies, you are welcome to wear nice Sunday-type dresses, or skirts and tops. Men, feel free to wear slacks or dress pants and a dress shirt. No suits or ties are required :) The ceremony and reception are both in air-conditioned facilities. Bear that in mind all you who tend to be cold!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will be taking family pictures in the auditorium immediately following dismissal. The ushers will dismiss you by row and you can go directly to the reception and enjoy! We’ll join the party with our grand entrance hopefully by 3 :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The prelude will begin at 1:30. It will be absolutely beautiful music so please come early and enjoy it if you can! We will have a guestbook for you to sign at the reception so all you have to do is show up and grab a seat!

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. The entrance to the church is all on level ground sidewalks. There are no stairs that will need to be utilized. The best way to get to the Bridge from the auditorium is by going out any of the front doors and entering the main doors of the Bridge facility. There is a ramp there that can be used.

What’s on the menu?

Answer

We will be serving light refreshments for the reception. This is not a sit-down meal so plan accordingly! We will have a candy bar for our wedding favors. Parents, please go with your children through that line! :) There will not be any special-diet tables. We apologize for any inconvenience that might cause. Feel free to bring your own snacks if you’ll want/need them.

YES! We want you to share as many pictures as you want! Please use our wedding hashtag (#KristiannsBentaken) so we can follow along with the fun and like all your posts afterwards ;)

Will the wedding be live-streamed?

Answer

Yes! If you are unable to attend, we will have the wedding live on Kristiann’s Facebook account.
