We found each other online and chatted for a few days before Nathan asked to meet. We met at a restaurant, talked for hours, then said our good-byes. I wanted to be friends first, then date. He laughed. It wasn't long before we were spending as much time together as we could!
Though the date was set for our 'big day' and wedding planning had commenced, we still needed a proposal. Nathan wanted it to be perfect, at a spot we can return to when we are old. So, we took the roller blades down to the park, enjoying a nice sunny morning together. He took me to a park bench where we sat and talked for a little bit, watching Daisy swim and chase ducks. Nathan got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I said YES!!
