What are the transportation options?

Answer

The wedding weekend events will be at various venues throughout Scottsdale, so we recommend a rental car for the most reliable transportation. Neither of the group hotels offer an airport shuttle however Uber & Lyft is still an option. However, we do not recommend Uber or Lyft for the "Hiking with the Bride" event because of it's location, so if you don't have a rental car we recommend carpooling with others.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Join us for a stylish celebration in your best cocktail / formal optional attire. For women, this could include a midi or long dress or elegant separates. For men, we suggest suits, sports coats, or a dress shirt with a tie. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap since it will get cooler as the sun sets.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We welcome you to arrive when the doors open at 4:30pm and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The outdoor ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

How do I get to Talking Stick Golf Club?

Answer

Talking Stick Golf Club is past the entrance to the large resort by the same name. Driving east on E. Talking Stick Way, you will pass the large resort entrance and will find the Golf Club entrance where the road ends. There is ample parking in front of the golf club building.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are planning an adults-only celebration with the exception of select family and wedding party children who will receive specific invitations. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and hope you’ll enjoy an evening out!
